  Called this location, when someone was finally able to help me, they answered the phone so poorly, rude and seemed annoyed right away. didn’t even mention her name until I had to ask. Leslie, do better at your customer based job or simply don’t work for an establishment that requires you to be a civil decent human being.

  Made me come for an appointment for a loan made me waste my time I’ve been a wellfargo costumer for 8 years and this is how you treat me made me come to an appointment at 1 and is right when they close spoke to the manager and this location to schedule an appointment for a loan I tried getting the appointment earlier she said come in at 1 right when they close they don’t want to do their job they manager said do it online we’re close or over the phone but why would you make me waste my time 750 credit score and this is how you treat a costumer so disappointed is you Wells Fargo and your lazy management that’s doesn’t want to do their job 7 minutes on the phone with them to schedule an appointment when they close

  I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 26 years and I always go to this branch because all the tellers and the managers are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always help me with whatever I need and keep me informed.

  It’s ridiculous the amount of time you need to wait for a merchant deposit. Everyone one else with regular accounts came and went. But for merchant lane it took like a good 45 minutes with none one line but me and one person on the window 😤
