- EDElite DieselOct 20, 20251.0Pretty poor service, called prior to driving down and asked if I could cash a check that was written from one business to another and informed them that we did not have an account here. Was told that it wouldn't be a problem at all and to just bring documentation proving ownership of the business. So! Drove down and got the oh sorry since you dont have a business account here we cant cash a check for you haha. And thats just one reason I quit using Wells Fargo years ago after employees were hacking people's accounts - we happened to be one of them! Things haven't changed much since then in regards to service standards. Waste of time!

Didn't know how to communicate what he was trying to say... And when I pointed out how he was being rude and asked what his name was all the sudden he could hear me and hung up...
