Their so-called ‘refer a friend’ deal is a joke — they’ll lie about it and deny you the reward just because my friend and I live at the same address. I read all the information on it, and nowhere did it say that living at the same address disqualifies you. Dealing with Kaitlyn, and the whole thing came off shady and misleading.

The loan officers across the board were completely disorganized, poor communication, 3rd party lenders in a different time zone, no sense of urgency, etc. They dropped the ball repeatedly—requesting new conditions one after another, as if they weren’t keeping track of anything. Every time we thought we were making progress, they delayed us again. The process dragged on far longer than it should have. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a loan.
