I bank elsewhere, but my customer gave me two small checks, so I thought I would pop in to cash them, since it’s off her WF account. I waited over 30 minutes in line, only to hear they CHARGE a $10 check cashing FEE! WTH? That’s ridiculous. I know it’s only $10 but it’s the principal! She banks with them… it’s printed in her checks (Wells Fargo). Way to inconvenience me! No way, am I giving them $10 to cash a check, off the account at there bank! Ridiculous! I used to bank with WF years ago for about 15 YEARS! I left them be because their LINES are always 30-60 minutes! I just left a different bank (First Bank) next door, for a notary that only took 5-10 minutes with a NOTARY for NO charge!! If I had a WF account I would switch to First Bank or my bank “Bank of America” in a heartbeat!!!
