I have sent three messages over the past two months to their contact form, as well as calling the number associated with their location/s (it's the same # for all). After on home for over 18 minutes and no one has picked up yet, I hang up. And I haven't heard back. I don't want to waste driving 30 minutes to the closest location, just to ask questions for services they can't provide. I really hope folks have a better experience after they become a customer.

- ABAli BaileyJun 20, 20251.0If I could rate them no stars I would. I used to love working with copper state but ever since they did the new online banking update. I despise working with them. They charge $33 for overdraft protection even if there is money in there same day to counteract a negative balance. On top of that they charge a $33 NSF fee. I had a mishap where I was charged overdraft protection fee which was then reversed. Next thing I know that $33 reversed is now being charged for an NSF fee of $33. No other bank I have ever been with has charged me so many miscellaneous fees. I had to call 5 times to have my debit card added to mobile wallet and still it wasn’t done after the 5th time of “you are all set” When the new mobile banking platform rolled out I couldn’t access money for almost a week which then cause other issues across the board. If you add someone to have a joint account and they were added before update they now have access to all accounts and everything and they don’t get their own mobile banking platform. Customer service is hit or miss but most of the time they into share half the information to help or resolve an issue. I so wanted to like copper state and stay with them for a longgg time but I can’t runaway fast enough.
