- ACAJ CamusDec 24, 20255.0The Anthem branch of CSCU is top tier. I'd mention individuals, but truly, they are ALL wonderful. For 2 years plus, I just cashed my checks there, but I can't bank anywhere else. I trust these folks. Truly a great banking experience - which I didn't know was possible.

He took me to the Anthem location. I was extremely impressed with how inviting the lobby was and the fact there wasn’t a long line of people waiting to be helped. We had an appointment so it made our transactions and time spent easier. We were assisted by Jorden who was very friendly and knowledgeable and very polite with all the questions we imposed. He even assisted us with putting the Credit Union banking application on our phones. Amy Ward is the branch manager at this Anthem location. She came out and introduced herself and welcomed me to Copper State Credit Union. Eileen is one of the tellers that I had met as well. Each and every one of the employees are so helpful and very genuinely friendly and supportive! I felt very comfortable there and not rushed into any kind transaction or account.

I have sent three messages over the past two months to their contact form, as well as calling the number associated with their location/s (it's the same # for all). After on home for over 18 minutes and no one has picked up yet, I hang up. And I haven't heard back. I don't want to waste driving 30 minutes to the closest location, just to ask questions for services they can't provide. I really hope folks have a better experience after they become a customer.
