More than half of those reviews are either from close friends/acquaintances or family members. Is it not that obvious? There are multiple employees, yet only two, Amaia and Vianka (excluding Yoshi, who is no longer with the Ajo branch), have received "amazing" 5-star reviews. I suppose this is just small-town accommodation hype.
