The worst financial institution I've ever had to deal with. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Customers shouldn't have to wait as long as they do. Let alone be refused service as your the last customer in line. They don't find our business necessary, I suppose. After today's experience, we'll be one less customer for them to juggle. Just down right horrible.

The people who work at the bank are great. But they don’t have enough staff to meet the needs of their customers. I’ve been waiting on a return phone call for 6 days and when you call the 1-800 number it disconnects you. Terrible customer service caused by poor management decisions worrying about profits over people. Sad really used to be a great place to bank.
