- KKKimOct 30, 20255.0The ladies at the Bank OZK Branch #1017 which includes Kim, Vanessa, Mariah, and Elise are amazing. They welcome you as soon as you go through the door and go above and beyond to help you with anything that you need. This is a very friendly place to bank.
- SMSantanna MartinJun 24, 20252.0I tried setting up a business account with them. After 3 weeks of waiting for approval, I was declined due to a missing `DBA Form. I tried asking the bank manager if I could obtain this form (I was more than willing to). She never responded to my email and left my small business out to dry. Very disappointed that after a 3 week wait, she wouldn't entertain keeping my file open and allowing me to acquire the forms requested. She was very personable in-office and easy to talk to; however, her follow up service left a lot to be desired. I should also note that two other banks in the area were perfectly fine opening a small business account for me without question.
