Today I went to them for help because I was afraid that some of my sensitive information had been leaked. Mrs. Vestal hepled me to create a new account. These stars are for her because she was so kind, empathetic, and helpful. I'm glad to bank with someone like her.

I asked if there was a way to do it immediately after they've cleared without having to come back and they refused. Other banks would mail you the balance and make it easy. Not this bank. I moved and there are no branches where I live and they want me to come back after it clears to try again. One reason I am leaving.
