And most of the ppl there are either rude or can't answer the questions I have. If I didn't have to deposit money to pay my rent every month I wouldn't even bother with this place because it's an absolute joke. 😡
- MYMike YangDec 18, 20241.0Never had any bad experience but today. Walk in around 4, only one customer at the counter so it’s not like they are busy or anything. No greeting whatsoever which is fine. Told them I would like to have some changes plz, lady give a look, turn around ask ms. Britney “ can u do it?” Then grab her drink and walk away. Now, after Britney verified my acct, give me another look, getting coins from little safe under the table, instead hand it to me. She literally smash them on the counter with bang! Oh wow. Ok. ( I always wrote down on a piece of paper of how many quarters dimes and Pennis I need for their convenience before I walk in) I asked: can I have the paper back? (So I can double check them). Guess what? Brittney says: u can not have it back! I told her Well u know It’s my notes right? Brittney hold that little paper in hand and still say no, u cant have it back! speechless! Then I ask, can I take a picture to doublecheck at least? She turn around still holding my note, won’t let me touch it. Ridiculous! It’s funny I can’t have my own notes back but she wrote on another piece paper then throw it to me. (She on some?!) When you think this is the end. All the sudden she turns around grab the nickels from me and says : no I gave you extra. I need to take those back. Omggggg really!?! At this point, I’m asking Britney for a complain form. She told me they don’t do that. Then I asked to speak with a manager. Ms Britney said she is the supervisor then turns around in her chair. Very unfriendly! Unacceptable! Unprofessional! Following photo is the notes she wrote it for me after she refused to give me back my own notes.
