  After spending nearly 3 hours trying to get someone via phone over a 3 day period with issues i had with the account, i was able to drive to the bank while in "que" for over 30 min, so fed up with them between the long hold times and poor customer service i would recommend taking your business elsewhere like i had to do.

  My husband and I opened checking, money market and a couple of CDs with BankOZK. Did it for the high interest rates paid at the time. After the interest rate promo was over we wanted to transfer the bulk of the money out of this bank. We had ALOT of money in these accounts and were told we could transfer only $2500 a day out of our account to another bank. We were very open to the representative about our plans when we opened the account. They offered to wire transfer for a fee, not what we expected. So we closed the accounts (not the CDs of course) but now one of the CDs have come due and instead of a cashiers check in both our names they did it in just my name which caused us a great deal of problems. Not happy with BankOZK Dont let them fool you with their interest rates, its a trap!

  Worked with them for over a year for not paying my phone bill for me through their auto pay.Kept going back and forth between the phone co .and Ozark bank. This bank put me thru all kinds of stress,late fees ,problems and paperwork always pointing back to the phone Co as the problem.I finally got them both on a conference call at the same time to battle .It was the banks fault the whole time .When I said well all my other creditors are able to take out their money thru auto pay why can't Ozark bank and they said well we can't, and we cant fix it apparently so find a new way to pay your bills.I said well maybe a new bank will help me .
