- TMTabitha McJunkinsMar 31, 20251.0I've been banking with them since 2022. I constantly have issues with this branch as well as one of the branches in Little Rock. One of the reasons that i have not been happy with banking with Bank of OZK is due to the fact the bank does not open until 9:00 am and it is a huge inconvenience when it comes to me getting my money when something is wrong with my account. The professionalism of the staff is a hit and a miss. Some of them are so sweet and kind. While other ones i have encountered were not so kind or attentive. This has happened 2 times with this branch causing he to have to cancel appointments due to not being able to get to my fund. I deposited a check into the ATM on this branch site and then was not able to get to my funds until another day in which i was completely broke leaving me in a rock and a hard place. They do not have a sign outside beside there ATM stating this which is very upsetting. Even staff said it should be posted. I have always gotten my money instant with other banks when i have deposited this way. I'm not sure why Bank OZK has up to a 2 day to 5 day business day hold. They told me it was because theirs has a second party involved. Yet when i asked the staff when would be the earliest my funds would be available they told me in 24 hours. Please consider retraining the employees in this branch due to lack of knowledge of linking checking and savings to the debit cards. This has had me having to go back inside so many times after already going in and asking why my account wouldn't come up at the ATM. Thank you for reading my review. Hopefully this saves someone from the complete run around of the Bank OZK online/ ATM depositing a check but not being able to get their funds immediately.
