- MCMargaret ColeNov 14, 20233.0Overall good, but be careful to talk to their associates when you make big transaction decisions, as their “ internal consultant training” is not tight enough that among them they can have conflicting information. I had to call to speak to four of them to get a consensus before I shifted money; they didn’t give me a sense that any Condultant will hit it right. Hence three stars. If I see improvement I will update here.

They have mismanaged my retirement plan, failed to communicate critical information regarding their failure to comply with IRS regulations, and provided me inaccurate information on four separate occasions. If you have a choice, do NOT use TIAA-CREF.
