- CMC.L. MajorFeb 4, 20251.0Stay away, if you have options. Horrendous customer service. I have been trying to update my bank information for weeks. They keep depositing funds in a closed account and then require me to contact an old financial institution to retrieve my funds. I have to do the legwork for their continuous mistakes. Today, I’m told that it was a “back office” issue that is now “fixed”. But, I need to contact my old institution, again, if I want my money! After expressing my displeasure with this continued incompetence, the agent actually hung up on me. Avoid these folks and save yourself a headache or two.

I had to call to speak to four of them to get a consensus before I shifted money; they didn’t give me a sense that any Condultant will hit it right. Hence three stars. If I see improvement I will update here.
