- NFNicky FNov 4, 20251.0RESHAE was not professional and completely wasted my time. I NEEDED to make a deposit because my account was negative. Instead of explaining to me why I couldn’t make the deposit she said I needed to take my checks elsewhere, or bring cash instead. I took time off work to do this!!! I needed that money to go on my account so that my account would not be negative. It’s bad enough I’m not getting paid by my job right now but now I have to jump thru hoops just to make a deposit. If Bank OZK wants their money, they need to hire people who will take the time and explain things to customers instead of shooing them Away. I have NEVER had issues making a deposit with the SAME type of check before.

Come to find out my other account at a different bank had also been taken a week before and no one had contacted me from the other bank and I've been banking there longer for about 15 years. So basically I'm saying Bank of the Ozarks has some awesome workers.
