- RHRick HalesJul 31, 20241.0Sadly, this is the only place I can find to communicate with BankOzk. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call BankOzk. There are a multitude of telephone numbers listed online but they all forward to the automated call waiting system which NEVER transfers you to a person. I have let it sit on hold for over 30 minutes on three separate occasions. Just realize if you bank with BankOzk, you have Zero telephone support. Consider this a ZERO for customer service because sometime the customer does not have time to go into the bank.
