    This is a copy from the other review about the location on Albert pike but I've had the exact same situations happen here Put a month hold on a check from one of the most prestigious 401k institution without explications other than 'That's just how it works' never banking at any ozk location this is like the 10th+ times I've had issues similar to this but this breaks the camels back. And none of the tellers seems like it's was no one's fault they couldn't give us an answer. Absolutely unprofessional. Not to mention when I asked once to have documents notarized, I spent my lunch only to find out they didn't feel like doing mine that day. Plead avoid OZK if you value transparency, honesty and actual tellers who can give you answers.

    I moved to this bank years ago because the company I work for uses it. I tried to deposit my check today and after waiting a long time with no other customers I pressed the call button to find out what was going on. I was met with a very rude answer about something wrong with the check. I was never told what. I told the teller to send it back and I would take it back to the office of the company I work for. I was then greeted by another rude teller, I wasn't being rude, I once again said if something is wrong with it send it back so I can take it back to the office. I was then greeted by the rudest person of all. A lady from a side office. I finally got the check returned, I left and called my boss, I was told to take the same check back. No problem this time but no excuse for the bad attitudes.
