- RSRob SSep 4, 20255.0I’m not sure why all the negative reviews but the staff here in my experience are all five stars! Madeline and staff have always been prompt and courteous, and they are a credit to themselves and Bank OZK. On the other hand, the staff at the downtown branch are complete polar opposite. To include the new bank manager that they have. I am so tired of having to chase up a simple inquiry and being dismissed and blown off, not getting a response for weeks and weeks and then finally when I do it’s basically just an empty apology because they turn around blowing me off all over again! And then there’s the tellers who have an attitude whenever I try to inquire and visibly show frustration, which is not directly aimed at them, but I still get the attitude! This is unacceptable!! I will not be going to the downtown branch any more if I can help it. The uptown branch is my go-to and I will continue to do so. Bravo, uptown branch! See ya’ll soon! :))

If you try to complain, there is no one to complain to and no accountability. They lie after they steal and continue to get away with it. When you point out that they are being nasty, they will slam the door in your face!
