- WRWayne RipleySep 27, 20221.0Bank OZK ripped me off, wasted my time, lied to me, closed my account for no reason, refused to give me a new account for no reason, refused to provide a replacement debit card. Really anything I expected was part of a normal account isn't. The staff is terribly rude and the branch managers never come to the phone. Everyone is a gatekeeper. Awful service from awful people by a terrible bank. It is unbelievable how bad you treat your customers.
