- RLReyna LambOct 5, 20231.0This is the worst bank EVER. I had a trip and they decide to close my account entirely and disable my card for something I didn’t do. I never went negative and always had money in my account. They take from your savings, never fix anything they do wrong, and always make it seem like it is everyone’s fault but their own. They didn’t tell me my account was going away, I had money in there and my savings, and paychecks on the way in that account. They made life a lot harder than it needed to be. Also don’t get me started on how much they have double charged things and then “refunded” one of the charges a week later. Pathetic bank. Really don’t recommend them at all. Go to Arvest or somewhere else.
