As a potential customer, I believe having a location with office inside but cannot help customer open simple checking account is rather ridiculous. Wondering what the manager and personal bankers are doing? Maybe they should put a sign outside and said, "For drive through and other teller activities only" or "No Manager nor Banker available". One star for the nice teller though.
