  Brian pretended to be nice to me after having me come inside to cash my check. I understand not having an account and coming inside is policy , but asking me when I cashed my checked and where because he didn’t want to take his time to find me is even more inconvenient for me. Not to mention the obviously unenthusiastic tone I was given after letting him know I wasn’t planning on opening an account that day. (Mind you , I’ve considered opening one with this bank as soon as I’m more financially stable to also open savings and possibly business accounts) but after this. I’m am certain that I would rather go another route. And to top it off, I had to place my own money in my own envelope because I believe Brian had no more energy to do his job. Might seem like a stretch to some but this is basic courtesy of a bank teller. And yet. He couldn’t do one single thing correct. Very bothered to say the least. I’ll be sticking to the nice ladies in Springdale if then. P.S. this is just to share my experience. I don’t expect a reach out . Thank you!

  The most inconvenient bank in Arkansas. Topped off with the worst atm service. $500 limits, and that’s only available in small bills. The one star in the review is for the people that work there. They are real nice when they tell me they are closed.

  Good branch, and Brian is a big help when opening accounts. My preferred location!

  Even though I have moved across town, this is still my "go to" bank. I am so glad that they have open hours Saturday morning. Very helpful with my busy week!

  Their business hours are horrible!! They obviously aren't catering to people who actually work for a living.
