- MMMikeAug 29, 20251.0I don't bank here but my latest interaction insured that I never will. I paid $4 to use their ATM which did not give me the option to select bill denomination. I pulled over to the drive through to exchange smaller bills for larger ones and was told they can't change my bills because I don't have an account there. Absurd.

The ladies there are absolutely amazing and fix everything for me that the Conway bank branch has messed up. I pulled 3,500 out of my account one day and then just few days later was charged for it again, which caused a lot of issues. Not to mention the lady almost didn’t let pull that much money out. How are you going to have to ask your manager if I can pull that much money out of my account? It’s our money! Again, I love the ladies at Clinton Bank of Ozarks however, my husband and I will be switching banks after this ordeal bc it’s happened one to many times.
