This is not a temporary issue as I was told when this happened to me three times in the past 9 months. I’ve had my business with this bank for the past 20 years and I think I will be moving my accounts to a bank that is not too busy to help a faithful customer

They have accidentally delayed one of my checks, forgot to deposit it and then were hateful when I called to inform them and told my husband he couldnt deposit my check because I wasnt on the account without looking to see I was in fact on the account.
