- BJBilly JefferyMar 3, 20251.0Someone is actively trying to open an account under my name, I went to the branch where I opened the account and the manager there found the fraud account and closed it. My account is supposed to be restricted from any activity unless I give the okay. I tried to use my debit card and it declined, I found out this other person called and reported my card lost, so my cards are inactive and apparently they sent a new card to the scammers address without checking with me to make sure it was really me. Now I have to go close my account and withdraw my money before the scammer is able to steal my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank, please save yourself the headache
