When asking about opening the account, the teller looked at me like I said something insulting to her and made me wait while she helped other customers first. When she came back, she handed me a stack of papers to fill out and asked if I needed a brochure and said I could bring the papers later after I filled them out. Without explaining our options or anything. I decided to go next door to the competition (which I do not have an account with) and every single person was friendly and eager to help. Bank OZK does not want or value my business. My daughter got her account today next door. I will not visit this location again. After several years of doing business here, it's time to switch.
