- JSjo soteloJan 26, 20211.0Loyd was a terrible financial advisor to my husband and I. He refused to explain anything! If we had questions about terms, he would just ramble off the definition instead of telling us the benifits of our options. We wanted our account to be a high risk portfolio (to make the most money in the stock market) but Loyd did not do what we asked. Paperwork like auto drafts set up, etc... was never completed. While the stock market was down, we wanted to take advantage and invest quickly. That wasn't an option... I like Edward Jones, but Loyd was definitely not a good fit for us! We switched to a different office, and after several meetings and 6 months time, I think we have finally fixed all of the neglect from Loyd's office
