My mom went to deposit her check like she does every week but for some reason they put a hold on her paycheck, which she needed. She literally deposits her check EVERY week... She only found this out whenever she went to pay for her tags on her new car and was not able to. When she confronted them all they could say was oops sorry we "accidentally" put a hold on your paycheck that we deposit for you every week...🙄 Some here know what they are doing but some do not. Two other times I've had holds put on my checks with no other explanation. This is my last straw with Bank OZK and I will be letting people know.
