She treated my money like it was her money and she was able to resolve my issue. I can easily say that was the best banking customer service I'd ever gotten and I say that as an employee of one of BB&T's competitors.

We really love Lauren when she works the drive-in and since our dog rides with us, she has come to know that Lauren will give her a treat (dog bone) which is so sweet of her. She recognizes Lauren and it makes Belle's day. Anyone that is sweet and kind to us and Belle is special to us. We look forward to many more visits to BB&T. Ron and Debbie
