The other empty stars are for the total lack of help from anyone else. I had an account issue that needed to be resolved. They wouldn't accept any of my paperwork I had brought to resolve the account issue. So, I went down the street to your local competitor and 30 minutes later I had a new account opened successfully with the exact same documentation that Wells Fargo and the last associate I spoke with wouldn't accept. For the past few years I've ignored all the negative press regarding Wells Fargo as I thought it was just media nonsense. My recent experiences tell me that they really aren't interested in helping their customers.
