    Came in for some change but I had to wait over 20 mins for a lady in the back to come out. The staff just need to be more considerate of people’s time

    I have a personal account and my company has a business account with BB&T. This location has the BEST SERVICE I could ask for in a bank. They remember me, they are helpful, they are kind. I have been through multiple banks and this one by far is the best. Best rates, best staff, best customer service. THANK YOU BB&T!!
