I’ve been with this bank for 13 years and it recently in the last few years was bought out by Renasant. They are the worst for constantly changing online transactions to benefit them and try and trap people into overdraft fees. Key example- we deposited a check and they saw we had a lower balance. (Not overdrafted). They didn’t just hold the check for a few days. They held the deposit for 10 days. They tried to say this was because of previous excessive overdrafts but we haven’t had any in a long time. They also would not allow any transfers of money into the account until all the transactions tried to take away from our current balance. This is robbery. We are going to move banks. You should not have transactions rearranged and held for several days to accommodate you making $ off your customers.
