I’ve called several times to speak with a manager concerning my account was but on hold for 30 minutes only for the customer service specialist to come back and say they didn’t have a manager available and then disconnected the call, called the next day ask for a manager number or email same scenario put on hold never to return back with a manager or supervisor. I have been with this bank for over 10 years through many transition this is far the worst customer experience I’ve experienced with this bank still trying to get the issue resolved.

Christen Holman was WONDERFUL. She immediately took us to her office to sort things out, she was kind and funny and treated us like humans and not dollar signs. She has my highest referral.

I definitely preferred the Northport branch. However, this branch isn't all that bad it just takes more time to get things done.

Have used BB&T bank for years! I first opened my account in Atlanta almost 18 years ago. Also, done business with them in Central Florida! Stayed with them when I come back to GA near Newnan and now been using this location in Tuscaloosa, AL since end of 2015 and like all branches...the service is great and they remember you! Never treated like a number... It doesn't matter if you are dressed professional or jeans and a t-shirt, they treat everyone the same!
