The bank has went down hill after the merging with truist, and I have to driver anywhere between thirty to forty minutes to get to the bank and the lack of ATM machines I live on the far end of Northport, and their use to be a BB&T bank next to Winn Dixie and it closed and now the only one close is next to Skyland for me it's worth to change to a bank that is close since the service of the bank has gone down so much, plus it’s ashamed since the ATM is down we want to get money out and still be charged anyway, we should be reimbursed because it’s the only one in the city of Tuscaloosa
