I was told that I wouldn't get my card for at least 7-10 days if not more after I had already done all the paperwork and signed everything. Then I find out my card was sent to an old address, I was adamant about having a new address and reassured thaty card would arrive at the proper address.
So far it's been a terrible experience and I still don't have access to my money almost two weeks later...

My mother recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service she received. The tellers seemed incompetent, unorganized, and uninterested in helping her with her needs. The tellers were very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and train their employees better to avoid such experiences in the future.

Truist Bank Is the worst bank in the entire world. I don’t understand or get how you have employees that even still exist. I hope and can’t wait to God himself remove this entire bank. There is never anything I can get assistance with. It’s okay though because I’m closing my account and I’m taking all my elsewhere. I wouldn’t even leave a star but it’s required. Do me a favor choose another bank this is not it.

Heather is extremely helpful and all around amazing. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. There have been numerous times I have called her with questions when other departments failed to answer and she has always helped me out, even if that is not her obligation. I have seen her apologize on behalf of other employees and be on first name basis with a lot of clients. She continuously wears a smile and is one of the friendliest people you will encounter. More bankers and more people should strive to be as presentable, friendly, and helpful as Ms. Heather is. She is my go-to woman.
