They filed an amended tax return for us and when we got a letter back from the IRS that it had been DENIED we reached out to them to figure out next steps and were pretty much told we were on our own- they were done. The work they had done got denied and now I’m left trying to navigate appealing the IRS alone from an amended return they did! Clearly not a company that sees things through to the end and instead just does the bare minimum once your check cleared.
