- JTJosh TaylorAug 11, 20251.0Walked in at 9:30 in the morning to have a wire sent for a closing later in the day and was told that there was only 1 banker able to do that and she was also working teller lines. Appointment’s weren’t available until 2 this afternoon so my wife set a time and went back and wired money. Closing was at 4 and we called branch to find out why money had not been wired and they couldn’t help us at all. Transferred to 5 different people within Wells Fargo to be told that only branch employees could tell us what is going on. Called back and spoke with Tina Moore at 4:28 and she told me she would check on it and was going to place me on a brief hold. I was still on hold at 5:00 and no one had come back to the line. Extremely disappointing how Wells Fargo is handling transactions and their lack of employees. I will be looking for a new bank asap
