  I went to Wells Fargo's ATM on citizens Pkwy in Selma. I tried to deposit cash in the amount of $150.00. I didn't realize that there was a second slot for deposit's and I made the mistake of putting my cash where the checks would be deposited. The manager advised me of my mistake. Within 10 minutes the manager retrieved my money and stated that because I deposited my money in the ATM he could not return it back to me. The manager literally held my money in his hand and wouldn't give it back to me. I explained to him that I needed to make this deposit to my checking account in order to pay a bill before 8:00 pm. I was told to file a claim in order to get my money back and that it would take up to 10 days. Now, I'm a 60 year old man and in all my years of banking I have never experienced such sub-par customer service. The lack of empathy for me, a loyal client of 10 years. How could I ever continue to believe that your institution would ever have best interests at heart when it comes to my banking and any future investments if you can't even make me feel whole over a mere $150.00 dollars. When did customer satisfaction take a back seat? I worked for Chase Bank in a mangerial position years ago and I resolved problems with the focus of customer satisfaction as the goal not to created them. I will wait for my money to clear in my account before closing it at which time I will be severing our relationship. Why should we give our service to a company who doesn't care about you and your well-being. I stayed with you loyalty with my personal accounts and a previous car loan and after being informed twice publicly of your deceptive practices. I still stayed with you loyally. Where is your loyalty to me. Wells Fargo doesn't deserve our business. I know that won't keep mines.

  I went there to get my daughter a teen debit card and I was greeted by Derrick Wilmer, he was great from start to finish. He explained everything to me & my daughter thoroughly and even helped her get her online banking setup! I’d definitely recommend him & this location!

  Years ago, lost my bank card, they canceled the card and gave me a temp card. Come to find out a few hours later that they hooked my temp card to the wrong account. Weeks later they informed me that I was not held responsible for the mistake and the money that they had to pay back to the account holder that they hooked my card to. However, years later I was informed that they posted against my credit because of the money that I was not responsible for. Presently I cant find anyone willing to help settle this matter.
