- ALAundrey LewisNov 26, 20211.0Just left this location 4:40 teller says how many deposit you have because my vault is full. I said you can't take my money. No mam. I said let me see the branch manager. The chunky guy at the desk said the service manager can help you. So the service manager then go get this guy not sure if he was the branch manager. She says can you come tell this lady we can't take her money. I'm standing there hearing them. . He comes to the front and say if u have a debit card you can do it that way this late in the evening we can't take it. Why are y'all open then. If u can't take money why open. I never in life out of 11 years with wells fargo heard this. I'm taking allll my money out of here and asking my boss to change banks this was for a commercial account. Like I'm sitting here typing with my mouth opened.

- MDMelinda DanielsNov 28, 20161.0Years ago, lost my bank card, they canceled the card and gave me a temp card. Come to find out a few hours later that they hooked my temp card to the wrong account. Weeks later they informed me that I was not held responsible for the mistake and the money that they had to pay back to the account holder that they hooked my card to. However, years later I was informed that they posted against my credit because of the money that I was not responsible for. Presently I cant find anyone willing to help settle this matter.
