She was asked to please enter the correct information she got mad put me on hold without saying hold on and someone else picked up the phone to take the payment bc she slow

The district manager, Ms. Alexander is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I know in this business. She allow her agents to take out life insurance policies on the elderly for financial gain. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. This is a terrible place. It won't be long before they get sued out of business. Mark my word.
