  Predatory lending practices. I will be filing grievances. I have paid religiously on my car loan and you guys added 1300 to my car loan without notifying me. I only found out when I attempted to pay off my car loan. I have been jumping through hoops trying to get this rectified and I have essentially been told "there's nothing we can do." This place does not care about its members.

  The staff are awesome and knows you by name when you come in . I am a business owner and other financial institutions have tried to get me to bank with them and I tell all of them I am very happy and satisfied with the fast and courtesy service I get with every visit to Pen Air Credit Union they go way above and beyond to satisfy every situation !!!

  On 01/05/2026 I went into the Robertsdale branch with an issue with my credit card and fraudulent charges. Veronica Kennedy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me got my issues resolved and was so professional. Thanks again Veronica Pen Air is so lucky to have you.

  My experience this morning was nothing short of being stereotyped! I don’t know what’s different from any other time, I have never experienced this! I whom have a check with my son name on it, however paid to me from him, on the back signature it clearly has his name and signature paying to the order of me!!! They are connected to my credit union, which is not near my home. So I go here, however I was told to sit down and do the ID verification and get back in line once finished. She yelled over and told me we can’t cash it, only deposit it! I said okay, While another customer was able to stand at the counter in front of her teller and complete the ID scan. Then after getting back in line, the other teller looks at me and I guess wants me to pretend she said next, so after standing there and her looking, I just went to her. Then she begins to do these extra steps to make me wait, and after taking the check finally, she asks does my original credit union take 3rd party, I stated yes, and she said well, let me get some initials because I don’t want this to come back on me, her response was very unprofessional. I should have never heard those words, however then proceeds to tell me what her supervisor said, she can’t deposit it into my account! I said , just give me the check and have a blessed day! She moved quickly at this time, only! I left, I will be sending this to the corporate office as well!!
