Instead of pulling my 50k completely from Wells Fargo I have decided to transfer my large funds from my other two bank accounts! There was another Wells Fargo location (Oxford) that were horrible to my husband and judged him based on his appearance. The Roanoke branch was very apologetic for how my husband was treated and corrected the situation when needing to withdraw a cashiers check for a large purchase. This location is the only bank in Roanoke that is open passed 12 noon on Wednesdays and went above and beyond my expectations not just once but multiple times. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Thank you to the helpful staff and branch manager for being so kind and doing everything you could to make my experience pleasant. Also thank you for righting the wrong that was done by a different location.
