    Wells Fargo in prattville neeeds better workers and more staff . I came in to see one of the clerk in the office she told me to go get in line at the teller line then they told me I don’t need to check in then the lady in the office told me she’s go on break make an appointment. They did this every single time all I need just to print out bank statement. I have to make an appointment for that. after I get in line waiting for her. I’ve been through this many many years and it’s still the same. Please, Wells Fargo be open to help every customers whatever they needs in person. If they are there and wait in line. Don’t tell them, go home and make an appointment and come back another time.

    They often don't have enough tellers, resulting in a five or 10 minute wait time. And even though they have two ATMs about one out of three times they are out of cash.

    Ive been coming to this location for a few years and theyve yet to do anything to lisa about the way she acts. Most of the tellers are so friendly except her. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there

    Opened a new checking account there and Isaiah was awesome! Give that guy a raise! Couldn't have asked for better customer service! People like him is what makes a business thrive

    This is absolutely the most horrible bank to do business with, ever. Some are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Rude and disrespectful.
