I came in to see one of the clerk in the office she told me to go get in line at the teller line then they told me I don’t need to check in then the lady in the office told me she’s go on break make an appointment. They did this every single time all I need just to print out bank statement. I have to make an appointment for that. after I get in line waiting for her. I’ve been through this many many years and it’s still the same. Please, Wells Fargo be open to help every customers whatever they needs in person. If they are there and wait in line. Don’t tell them, go home and make an appointment and come back another time.

- KCKay CJul 10, 20251.0I wish I can give them zero stars. I made a large deposit through the atm at their branch. The ATM only gave me counted a fraction of what i deposited but kept the money. No one seems to care about me getting my money back, and coincidentally, they don’t have a branch manager. I’ve had my accounts there over 20 years and I rarely have an issue. The one time I do , I am treated poorly . I am now trying to get my attorney to contact them for a resolution.
