- AAAsiaJul 29, 20231.0Myra instructed me to stop by and that she would be at the building on 7/29. I do not live in Prattville so I had to waste my gas to come out. Myra stated that the building is open on the last Saturday of each month and that because I work the same hours as the business, I would be able to come in today to meet with her. I called and left a message and I emailed her that I was waiting outside the building but received no response. As a college student and full time worker it was a huge inconvenience to come out today to find that I had been lied to while trying to conduct business. This was a very unprofessional experience. I was told that I couldn't be given my account number to be able to pay online "due to the system being down" which I'm sure was also a lie.

They actually brag about having an in-house collection attorney who is directed to garnish wages as a means of recovery. This instead of working to resolve accounts more amicably. Avoid, if possible.
