- RRrhconstructJan 4, 20261.0First of all i went in to open a business account. Nobody even acknowledged that i walked in the door I needed to see a banker (obviously I won’t be opening an account with a teller this isn’t my first rodeo doing business at a bank) so I sat down in the lobby area nobody even acknowledged that I was there. 2 people walked out of there office clearly seeing me but so obviously avoided eye contact with me you could see them looking from there side eye that I was there and essentially power walked across the lobby area where I was. There was some tall guy in sneakers that told one of the young ladies when she was at the teller line to “go tell him we are booked for the day” not even subtlety and they were right near where I was sitting the young lady came and expressed to me that her “manager” said they are booked for the day and she had an appointment coming but if they do not show up she’d be happy to help me. She was very kind-you can tell she wanted to help but apparently “management” could’ve cared less that I had a $178k check in my hand ready to open a business account here. Which he would’ve known had he taken 10 seconds to acknowledge me. I told the young lady not to worry I will go to another location. It’s interesting how I went to another location and they at least acknowledged every single person in that building said “welcome” anytime anyone walked in that door completely different experience and I immediately got put on a “wait list” mind you the other location I went to seemed significantly more busy. After being put on this wait list the young lady offered me a water and apologized for the wait that in itself was kind and I didn’t mind the wait. I was seen within 20mins. I get it you sometimes can’t be seen right away but you can at least acknowledge my presence especially if you claim to be the manager? Just thought I’d share my thoughts DO BETTER PELHAM.

If you encounter a problem yo will get a number to call. Their is no need to go in a branch they will not be able to help you I had an issue with a check i deposited the bank held the check for 10 days no one was able to help all i could do was leave messages and no one ever called me back. I cancelled all my business with wells fargo. if you want to be frustrated with a bank ... use them. Stacy
