- PRPatricia RaineyJul 8, 20251.0I recommend not using this bank. I replied by accident clicking the wrong thing about fraudulent charges and now they will not even open my case back up. Knowing these charges are from out of state I am out of $351.99 because of Renasant bank. Please do not bank with them if you want your money to be safe. I will be closing my account after being a customer since 1997.
