- PRPatricia RaineyJul 8, 20251.0I recommend not using this bank. I replied by accident clicking the wrong thing about fraudulent charges and now they will not even open my case back up. Knowing these charges are from out of state I am out of $351.99 because of Renasant bank. Please do not bank with them if you want your money to be safe. I will be closing my account after being a customer since 1997.

He was very helpful in guiding us to what was needed and easy to work with. When you walk into the bank everyone is helpful. I don’t get lost in the shuffle like other places. If you are A business anywhere close to the Birmingham area and not happy with your current bank I would start by calling Bill at Renasants. One of the best in the business.
