At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Came in on a Saturday morning with a grumpy old man attitude and a banking issue. The ladies were kind and professional and dealt with my issue in spite of my grumpiness. A very positive experience.

Worst bank I have ever used. Huge mistake opening a Truist account. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Slowest bank ever !
Employees act like they are put out by you being there- our business pays your salary ?
I saw the manager tell a customer who was complaining about the wait time “ you can just go somewhere else “ is this the way to run a business ??

The slowest bank ever. You will wait in line for at least 30mins if not 1hr. The drive throught is not any better. People walk past you dont speak. Betsey is the only one that is nice. An due to under staffing she is still slow. You want to grow staff for speed. A bank you should be able to get in an out.

Friday during lunch time and yes people are piling in to the bank during that time, you need to have more than one teller during this time and your fastest/best tellers should be equipped during this time…instead yall got the slowest one and only one. So my entire lunch break was the bank, thanks!
