- CKchocolate kissesDec 3, 20251.0Called today for a business matter and the African American lady answered. She was very sassy and kept cutting me off. Very rude. I’m also a woman of color. We as African Americans have to do better. You’re not beyond anyone because you work at a bank. Being nasty and people are trying to handle business. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills or get another job. If I could rate my experience today it would be a -10, no stars. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo over 20 years. If I ever encounter her again in this fashion, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
