I received a phone call 30 minutes before my appointment wanting to discuss my needs over the phone. I said I made an appointment to come to the branch but was ask what I needed help with. I felt like he didn't want to be bothered with me. Why are you allowed and encouraged to make an appointment to come to the branch or receive a phone call when they don't want you to come in for your appointment. What terrible customer service!
