- LBLael BrownAug 2, 20241.0Horrible bank, what bank ATM just doesn’t give your card back !!!!!!! Do you know how much of an inconvenience this caused and your customer service is so nonchalant about the whole thing. Ridiculous. The reasoning behind this whole thing that I received is that lightening struck the machine and that sometimes it works and other times it does not. Dont use this bank, if they cant put something as simple as a note on the machine warning customers that they have been having ongoing issues with their atm to avoid said mishap, we wouldnt be here. Awful business.
