- DNDebby NelsonJan 12, 20255.0I moved my account from another company to Rick East because I wanted a more personal experience with my broker. I wanted to be able to sit down with my broker ask questions and start learning more about my account. In the past, my husband had handled our brokerage account. When he passed away, I realized how much I didn't know. Rick sat down with me and showed me so much on a large monitor mounted on the wall. He was quite proficient with patiently showing me how my money was invested and explaining why. He thought that some of my investments from another broker were not in my best interest and made suggestions of things to change and why. Rick took the time to get me know me personally, which was important to me. Rick has proven himself and his knowledge over this last year. I still have a lot to learn, but I feel so much more confident. I highly recommend him.
