- TKTamara KimbleNov 13, 20181.0If I could give negative stars I would..where do i start? 1st had 2 over $500 fraudulent charges to go through on my account and only found out when my card got declined..had to jump through hoops to get my provisional credit or to get any answers regarding the investigation. Funny part is a month later they refused a Bill Pay charge I authorized because "it raised red flags" yet two $500 purchases in another state didnt? Place hold even on cash deposits..system habitually makes errors and bank is slow to correct (that's if they choose to correct). Will be closing my account 1st thing in the morning..too many chances and service keeps getting worse! Not open on Saturdays, closes at 4 pm--nothing but headaches and inconveniences..stay away, take your business elsewhere!
