- KHKala HaMay 15, 20241.0This is the WORST bank ever. They have outdated technology firstly, their employees are rude when it comes to needing assistance with any issue. Branch manager made me come in person to filed a dispute for an unauthorized transaction and told me if it was fraud, I wouldn’t have to come in. It is fraud because I didn’t authorize the charge!!! Manager also tried to convince me to not file the dispute by telling me it likely won’t be approved!! This bank literally flags $200 legitimate transactions as fraud and blocks them but someone lets a $1,400 payment go through!! I highly recommend you to go with a major bank such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc. They will at least be able to perform simple tasks without you coming into the bank. I have filed a complaint with the BBB! Avoid this bank
